ResourcesDocsExport and sharing

Export and sharing

Share your pitch as a visual deck with a single link. Export in multiple formats or get community feedback through Pitch Exchange.

Shareable pitch decks

Turn your pitch narrative into a visual, slide-based deck and share it with a single link. Investors see a polished presentation without needing to download anything.

Section-specific layouts

Each slide type gets a tailored layout. Traction shows metric cards, team renders member grids, financials display structured data.

Three templates

Compact (5-6 slides), standard (8-10 slides), or full (12 slides). Pick which sections to include.

Interactive viewer

Keyboard navigation, swipe on mobile, fullscreen mode, slide menu, and smooth transitions.

How to create a shareable deck:

1
Open your pitch and click "Share deck" in the editor
2
Choose a template (compact, standard, or full)
3
Select which sections to include as slides
4
Set access control: public, password protected, or email gated
5
Click "Create shareable deck" and copy the link
Password protection: Require a password before viewing. Share the password separately via email or message.
Email capture: Require viewers to enter their email before accessing the deck. Track who viewed your pitch.
View analytics: Track total views and unique viewers for each shared deck.
Print to PDF: Investors can print the deck or save as PDF directly from the viewer.

Export options

Pitchkit lets you export your pitch deck in multiple formats for different use cases.

PDF export

Download a professionally formatted PDF. Perfect for email attachments or offline viewing.

Public and private sharing

Control who can see your pitch with visibility settings.

Private

Only you can see the pitch. This is the default for all new pitches. Share via Investor View links with access controls.

Public

Anyone with the link can view. Use for pitches you want to share publicly or submit to competitions.

Tip: Keep pitches private while iterating. Only make public when you are ready for broad distribution.

Investor View

Investor View creates a professional, shareable presentation of your pitch. Share with investors and track engagement.

Shareable link

One link to share your full pitch presentation

View analytics

Track who views and how long they spend

Access control

Password protect and set expiration dates

Password protection: Require a password to view. Share the password separately.
Expiration dates: Set when the link expires. Useful for time-sensitive rounds.
Email capture (Pro): Require viewers to enter their email before accessing.

Pitch Exchange

Pitch Exchange is a peer feedback community. Get feedback from other founders in exchange for reviewing their pitches.

How it works:

1
Submit your pitch

Share your pitch with the community. Control which sections are visible.

2
Review other pitches

Give structured feedback to other founders and earn credits.

3
Receive feedback

Other founders review your pitch based on your credits.

4
Iterate and improve

Use diverse perspectives to strengthen your pitch.

Privacy: You control which sections to share. Hide sensitive details like financials or team names if preferred.

Sharing best practices

  • Use Investor View for investors: Better than email attachments. You can track engagement and update content.
  • Create unique links per investor: Track which investors are engaging and tailor follow-ups.
  • Set expiration for active rounds: Control access to outdated versions during rapid iteration.
  • Use PDF for cold outreach: Some investors prefer attachments. Keep it under 10 slides.
  • Get Pitch Exchange feedback early: Peer feedback before investor meetings helps you anticipate questions.
