I've redesigned the term sheet analyzer and built a Knowledge Base. Here's what changed.
Knowledge base
I built a centralized repository that automatically collects all your pitch-related content in one place:
- Pitches
- Competitor research
- Market analyses
- Term sheets
You can view everything related to a specific pitch together, add custom notes, and search across all your saved content.
Term sheet analyzer improvements
The analyzer needed better organization. Here's what I fixed:
- Tab navigation between Overview, Details, and Negotiation views
- Back button and file context visible in all analysis views
- Search and filter saved term sheets by stage or pitch link
- Better upload flow with improved visual feedback
- Removed duplicate headers
- Added proper navigation breadcrumbs
Why it matters
Founders need one place to see everything related to their pitch. The Knowledge Base automatically organizes your content as you work.
The term sheet analyzer is powerful, but it was hard to navigate. Now you can quickly find previously analyzed term sheets and switch between views without losing context.
