Pitchkit is a web service that helps founders build a pitch, score it and contact investors. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
You need an account to save work. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
The free plan has limits on pitches and AI generations. Pro costs €15 per month and starts with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you are charged for the first month.
Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.
We may change prices or plan limits. We will tell you before a change affects your subscription.
Do not use Pitchkit to break the law, send spam, harass investors or other people, scrape the investor directory in bulk, resell its data, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
When you contact investors, you are the sender. You are responsible for what you write and for following the rules that apply to your outreach.
Pitchkit uses AI to draft text, score pitches and suggest investors. AI output can be wrong, generic or out of date. Check it before you use it. Scores and feedback are estimates, not investment, legal or financial advice, and they do not predict whether anyone will invest.
Investor profiles are compiled from public sources and checked against firms' own websites. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that any detail is complete or current, and we do not guarantee that an investor will respond. Estimated figures are labelled. See the methodology page for how data is gathered and checked.
If you see an error, email [email protected] or use the claim flow on the profile.
Your pitch content stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service for you. We do not claim ownership of it.
The Pitchkit service, its design, software, scoring rubric and compiled investor data belong to us or our licensors. You may use them as part of the service but may not copy or redistribute them.
We aim to keep Pitchkit available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Pitchkit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost funding or lost profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes go to the courts of Finland, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use your local courts.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Pitchkit after a change means you accept it.
Questions about these terms: [email protected].
