Paperwork Library and Term Sheet Analyzer updates

Today I shipped a round of improvements that make the paperwork flow easier and more useful for founders.

What’s new

  • Beginner-friendly analyzer UI: clearer risk badges, “How to read this” guide, business impact notes, and negotiation scripts.
  • Paperwork Library: a hub for documents with live counts and quick actions. SHA and Cap Table routes are in place (labeled “Coming soon”).
  • PDF parsing: installed and wired the server-side parser so uploads work reliably.
  • Reliable timestamps: fixed edge cases that showed 1970 and added UI fallback.

What’s next

  • SHA analyzer: governance and investor-rights review with clear guidance.
  • Cap table workspace: import snapshots (CSV/XLSX) with ownership/dilution views.

If you spot anything confusing in the analyzer, tell me where it tripped you up—I’ll make it smoother.
