Competitor analysis is live

I built a tool that actually helps you understand your competitive positioning. It's available for all paid users now.

Here's what it does:

Analyzes your pitch and extracts the signals that matter: industry vertical, ICP, product type, business model, and differentiation claims.
Finds 5-8 real competitors using AI. Not hallucinated companies. Real ones, with funding data, investors, HQ location, and sources you can verify.
Builds a feature comparison matrix showing where you overlap and where you're different.
Tells you what your actual edge might be, based on what you claim vs what competitors have.

Why this matters

Most founders either ignore competitors ("we have no competition") or list everyone tangentially related. Neither helps.

Investors will compare you to others whether you do it or not. Better to control that narrative with real data.

How it works

Select a pitch or paste your content
AI extracts competitive signals (you can edit these if it gets something wrong)
Click "Find Competitors" to discover similar companies
Add any competitors AI missed (manually)
Click "Analyze Edge" to see the feature matrix and positioning insights

The AI won't make up funding numbers or investors. If it doesn't know, it says so. You can click through to sources to verify everything.

What changed from pro-only

This was Pro-only for testing. Now it's available for all paid users (Starter, Pro, Enterprise).

If you're on a paid plan, you have access. No upgrade needed.

Delete competitors that don't belong
Sources are clickable so you can verify funding data
Company names truncate properly in the table
The feature matrix shows your actual company name, not "Your Startup"
