Can I switch plans mid-raise?
Yes. Most founders start free, upgrade to Starter for unlimited pitches and analysis tools, then Pro when they start investor outreach. You keep all your work.
What are "AI generations"?
AI generations include rewrites, suggestions, and analysis. Free users get 10 per pitch. Paid plans have unlimited generations.
How is the investor database sourced?
Aggregated from public filings, portfolio pages, and verified submissions. Updated weekly. Filtered by stage, sector, geography, and check size.
Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my work?
Yes—cancel anytime in Billing. You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, you can still access your existing work, but premium limits apply.
Do you offer refunds?
If something looks wrong with a charge, email us and we’ll fix it. Otherwise, subscriptions are billed upfront and remain active until the end of the billing period.
